For selected products, we offer custom sizing at no extra cost. When viewing the product, select 'Custom Size' and provide your bust, waist, hips, shoulder, and height measurements. Our master craftspeople will custom-stitch the garment to match your proportions.

Since we begin processing and crafting your order within 24 hours of placement, any changes (such as size, color, or shipping address) must be requested via email to care@aashas.com within 24 hours.

Standard ready-to-wear items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order or custom-fit garments require 10-15 business days for tailoring and hand-embroidery before dispatch.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide, including the US, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia. International shipping fees and estimated times are calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can monitor the real-time location and expected delivery day of your order through the carrier portal.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been tailored to custom measurements or modified specifically for you, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong shipment.

Once we receive and verify your return item at our atelier, the refund is approved and processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
