Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Aashas, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury Indian wear. Each garment is carefully handcrafted by our artisans and goes through a rigorous quality check before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Any request initiated after this period will unfortunately not be eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your garment must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and designer tags must be fully intact and attached.
- The item must be returned in its original product packaging box to prevent damage during transit.
- Altered, customized, or custom-measured garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Request
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@aashas.com with your Order Number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our customer care team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. Reverse pickup is free for domestic orders within India.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will request you to self-ship the package, and we will reimburse shipping costs up to a specified limit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned garment, we will send you an email confirmation. If the item passes quality checks:
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will request your bank details to process a direct bank transfer, or provide store credit.
- Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
